Moesha Howell

Moesha is a civil and commercial litigator. She has extensive experience in minority shareholder appraisal actions, contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, shareholder and trust disputes and general multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation. Moesha has acted in a range of complex disputes and appeals, including appearing in matters before the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal.

Moesha joined Nelson’s in 2024 as an Associate in the Litigation team. Prior to joining Nelson’s, Moesha completed her Articles of Clerkship and practiced at an international law firm in the Cayman Islands. During that time, Moesha also completed the Judicial Clerkship Training Programme at the Cayman Islands Courts.
